NIOST's seminar offerings include: Advancing School, Afterschool and Community Partnerships; Quality Advisor Training; Seminar for System Builders; and Afterschool Program Assessment System (APAS).
Trainings will prepare you to provide technical assistance to after-school programs working on quality improvement. You will learn the skills of observation, analysis, and problem-solving to assess and counsel programs using a variety of tools including ASQ (Assessing School Age Quality) and APT (Assessment of Afterschool Program Practices Tool).
