School-Age Care Credential Prep Course

Earn your SAC credential:

• Qualify as a site supervisor
• Learn how to meet children’s needs and reduce challenging behaviors
• Network with other SAC professionals
• Gain confidence in your work and in yourself

The SAC credential prep course will help you:

• Document your competence in a Portfolio and Resource File
• Get one-on-one coaching to improve your practice
• Speak convincingly about the value, purpose, and process of your work

Course dates:
January 13 - April 28, 2009

Time:
7:00 - 8:30 PM Tuesdays (class is not held during school breaks)

Distance-learning requirements:
» High speed internet
» Access to digital camera
» Computer microphone and speakers or inexpensive long distance phone service

How distance-learning works:
» Attend live online/phone sessions weekly
» Participate in online discussion board
» Complete all SAC Credential Requirements

Tuition fee:
$900/semester
