Since 1998, TASC has helped more than 250,000 children discover their potential through high quality, engaging after-school programs. TASC’s decade of experience has taught us that academic enrichment is central to strong after-school programming, but children also need time during and after the school day to make music, create art, and move their bodies. As we enter our second decade as leaders in the after-school movement, TASC is working to achieve our goal of after-school for all by:

• Supporting strong, innovative New York City after-school programs that enrich children’s lives, ease the stress on working families, and help children develop the skills they need to compete in a global economy.
• Working to increase support and funding on the local, state, and national levels for high-quality after-school for more children and families.
• Developing a more educated, highly-skilled after-school workforce to promote superior programming for kids who need it most. TASC needs your tax-deductible contribution to reach our goal of after-school for all.

$10,000 sends seven children to a high-quality after-school program for one full school year.
$5,000 creates hands-on science projects for 200 children for an entire year.
$2,500 allows 20 children to learn to play a musical instrument.
