The New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (NYC DYCD) has contracted TASC to provide training and support on the DYCD OST Online database system. Our catalog of trainings is geared to meet all the OST Online needs of after-school program staff members, from front line workers to supervisors of multiple OST programs. We also provide technical, day-to-day support through our Help Desk for all DYCD OST programs. All trainings take place at DYCD Headquarters, 161 William Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY, 10038.
DYCD OST Online 101: System overview and data entryThis training is designed for elementary school site staff members who are new to OST Online and are responsible for entering and maintaining program data. Individuals must know how to use a computer to attend this training.

DYCD OST Online: Version 2.0 System Updates FOR EXPERTSThis training is designed for staff members that have already attended the DYCD Online 101 and the DYCD Online 201 trainings. This training will focus on the new capabilities of the DYCD Online version 2.0 system. Individuals must know how to use a computer to attend this training.
